5 miles on the dreadmill in 58:10! Not my best, but good as of late. The only good thing about the dreadmill is that I can put the speed up & push myself sometimes. Did a few short bursts at 6.0 & took a few walk breaks, but happy to get 5 done in under an hour!
I didn't want to go today. I was tired & cranky, and there were bad thunderstorms so I couldn't run outside. Vira posted something to me on Facebook & it was just the push in needed!! She's the best!! :) Sometimes you need that little gentle nudge from a friend! Even when she was down herself she lifted me up...that's what TRUE friends are all about!!
