Knocked Down...Get Right Back Up!!

So I've been in a funk the past few days. It's time to get my mind right & my body back on track. There were thunderstorms in my area this afternoon so I skipped my run & picked Asylum Strength out of the workout roulette envelope. Awesome!! I stuck with 10s for almost all of the exercises except the hip flys. I may be sore tomorrow but I'm ready to progress!! Feels good to get back at it...I haven't run or worked out since last Tuesday. I will be running tomorrow. At least 3 miles, but if I feel good & it's not too hot I'll try for longer!

I may get knocked down from time to time but one thing's for sure...I ALWAYS get back up!! :)
