Blah...10 miles done but not glorious. LOL I'll always be hard on myself. Yes, I did it, but damn was I slow. Not making excuses but...calves/shins didn't loosen until around 3.5 miles, was humid, lots of hills at the park, then left IT band starting giving me some twinges. I'm not playing around with injuring it again so I had to take some walk breaks. Took a few anyway because I needed them. Good thing is...I have 4 weeks to improve!! :)
The plus side is I DO still have 4 weeks to improve. Time to get serious!!
